The valuations offered are for your phone being in AS NEW CONDITION so unless it’s as it’s comes out the box then do not expect to get top money. I sent in 2 others which were in very good condition in my opinion but they were downgraded to average and poor but you can reject the amount offered and get the phone sent back should you wish to not accept.

Order Number 232807.I obtained a good quote via Moneysupermarket and accepted. The postage pack arrived within two days and I sent my iPhone in using the supplied Tracked 24 label. It arrived next day (Thursday) and went through the checking process. By 4pm the next day, the full amount, plus an extra £5 for sending the phone in within seven days, was in my account. This is the first time that I have used GradeMobile and I can’t rate them highly enough. A simple, quick, fluid and amazing process. I was kept informed every step of the way. Do beware - the insurance for this is only £150 in the event of loss, I bought my own postage to ensure I was covered for the full value of the phone. That said, all communication was great - I was kept updated from receipt to valuation. And they paid exactly what they said they would, together with a little extra for sending within 7 days. No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
You can cancel anytime within 30 days of the day you receive the product by written notice. If the device is brand new, it must be unopened when you return the device back to us, otherwise you may be subject to fees; best to check your contract or give us a call so we can go through your options with you. When you return the device you must ensure all pass codes and accounts such as iCloud and Google are removed before shipping the device back to us.
You will not be able to 'buy' the device, but your contract is a minimum term, meaning you can continue to pay your monthly subscription and retain the device. Alternatively you can return the device and take out another model, as if you were upgrading.
Naturally we have an obligation to make sure we can offer you a lease agreement. So we perform a credit search to check you meet our affordability and security requirements so we can offer you fair and affordable contract.
Yes - You can upgrade at the end of your contract without any additional cost. We will send you your chosen upgrade a few days before the end of the contract, so you have time to transfer your data across before returning the old device back to us within 7 days of the contract end date.
